Hi Ron,
Wow! Indicia couldn't even find the package on their "radar" until I received it. That's Fast!
The only problem with my order was trying to figure out which incense I wanted to burn first.
I decided on the Kala Loban. It's everything in your website description and more. Reminds me of a warm Pinon wood fire in the winter. Very bracing and relaxing!
You've definitely earned yourself a repeat customer!

I wanted to let u know that I am so very pleased with my recent order. The shipping was very fast. The incense i received are the best quality incense I have used in a very long time. All my future incense purchases will definantly be with you! The oil was wonderful also! Thank you very much. Hey Ron, Just wanted to let you know I received the 500 grams of Goloka and thanks for the GREAT job packaging it. Sometimes if incense is not packed well you will get it broke and powdery. Never a problem with you. I will be back....Bob

AMAZING. I placed my order late in the evening of the 9th (after hours). I received the conformation e-mail first thing in the morning on the 10th. I received my order on the 12th. That means the order was not only received on the 10th, but for it to get to me on the 12th, had to have been filled and shipped on the same day as the order was received.
Just when I thought IncenseGuru could not possibly improve on being one of the best companies on the net to deal with, they go and prove me wrong. Great job again IncenseGuru. I'll never go anywhere else.

I just want to thank you guys for the speedy shipping. I've ordered from newageimports and capricornliars in the past and it usually take about 7 to ten days to get a order. Sometimes two weeks, but the last two times I have ordered from you guys you almost ship immediately. Thanks for the good work.

That's such great news! I'll continue to spread the word.  Not only do you carry quality products, but you ship quickly, and your customer service is incredible. It's more than appreciated, you have no idea. (Especially since I have an outstanding order from another online incense store, that I placed 20 days ago, and am getting no response to my emails/calls!) Thanks so much for the work you do. As I said, I'll continue to let people know. I'm glad you're seeing an increase in sales.
Thanks also for the offer to send samples! I'll most definitely take you up on that. I'm in love with perfume oils, can no longer stand alcohol-based perfumes. I've heard a few good things about Oils from India already. I'm looking forward to trying them.

I'm a new customer. Used to order from By the Planet...but they weren't accessible for the last couple of weeks, so I found you on the internet.
I placed my order on the 24th and it arrived in my mailbox TODAY!! (the 27th)
Just wanted to say THANK YOU for such wonderful, quick service. I've been burning the Gonesh Sandalwood for over 30 years and burned my last remaining stick last night!! LOL

I am still very impressed with the speedy shipping. This is about my third order in the past year and it slipped my mind why I had you in my favorites. It was because of past orders being shipped so fast. I have never seen a incense online company have a order shipped with a confirmation number within 24hrs after placing the order. The prompt shipping does take the sting out of the high shipping rates and fees.

Wow... IncenseGuru has the best customer service, I am updated on shipping in email, every time the shipping takes only 2 or 3 days (and I've ordered a lot), the quality of product I receive is excellent, the prices are great, and I won't be shopping for incense anywhere else!
You are the BEST, no question about it.
(P.S. sweetleaf, that is one of the funniest pictures! I cannot believe that child was duct-taped to the wall! *laughing*)
