I just received another shipment from Incense Guru yesterday, and as usual I am extremely pleased. My mail man left the package in the pouring down rain all day, but becasue it was packaged properly none of the items were damged!. Thank you for shipping it so promptly!  Keep up the good work!

I got my first shipment from IncenseGuru, and when I opened the box, the first thing that I noticed was the really pleasent smell coming from it.
The 2nd thing I noticed was just how well it was packaged. Seriously, I couldn't believe how they managed to get it boxed so that the nothing moved at all.
I tip my hat off to IncenseGuru for doing such a wonderful and professional job.
Another thing I wanted to add was that they responded to my emails really fast.

I got another order from IG the other day. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. I was accidently sent one item that I didn't order in the place of 1 item I did order. Ron was quick to solve the problem above and beyond my expectations. Always a pleasure to order from IG!
